If you received Free Shipping on your initial $100 Smart Ship Order and you decide to cancel before the second order, you will be charged a one-time fee of $10 or 8.5% S&H, whichever is greater.
This fee will be charged to the payment method provided at your initial enrollment into the Smart Ship Program.
